At an initial glance, you will note that this website is not designed to show programming prowess. Our purpose is to provide some basic information about us that may be useful to clients, prospective clients and other interested persons. We hope that this information will be helpful to you.

Floyd, Sammons & Spanjers, P.A. was formed as Floyd & Sammons, P.A. in 1984. Since that time, we have provided representation in the areas of real estate, elder law, estate planning and corporate law services to our clients throughout the State of Florida.  Although we provide representation in civil courts, our emphasis is geared towards resolving issues in the most economically sensible way, which usually does not involve courts.  If litigation is necessary, our firm does have trial expertise to provide this service; however our emphasis shall remain on resolving problems quickly and efficiently.
