Floyd, Sammons & Spanjers, P.A. was formed as Floyd & Sammons, P.A. in 1984. Since that time, we have provided real estate representation, elder law, estate planning and corporate law services to our clients in Central Florida. Although we provide representation in civil courts, our emphasis has been toward resolving issues in the most economically sensible way, which usually does not involve courts. The recent addition of Craig Spanjers adds trial expertise to the services we provide, but does not change our emphasis on resolving problems quickly and efficiently.
