Tracy M. Wynter

Miss Wynter is an associate at Floyd, Sammons & Spanjers, P.A. in Winter Haven, Florida. She grew up in Willingboro, New Jersey, a suburb of Philadelphia where she graduated first in her class from Willingboro High School. Before graduating from high school, Miss Wynter received the prestigious Ron Brown Scholarship, which is an academic scholarship awarded to twenty students internationally. Miss Wynter then studied economics while attending Princeton University where she was very active in community service, especially the Big Brothers/Big Sisters program. After Princeton, Miss Wynter attended Temple University School of Law.

 

In August 2005, Miss Wynter joined Floyd, Sammons & Spanjers as a law clerk and then became an associate upon her admission to the Florida Bar. Miss Wynter’s practice areas include commercial transactions, representation of landlords in commercial and residential leases, representation of condominium and homeowner’s associations, and resolving title defects. Miss Wynter is also admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar. She is developing a practice in elder law issues.

 

Miss Wynter is a member of the Rotary Club of Winter Haven. In addition, Ms. Wynter is an avid writer and a “Trekkie”. She is a fitness enthusiast who teaches group fitness instruction at the Fitness Centre and Day Spa at Celebration Health in Celebration, Florida.
