Practice Notes: Bob has always centered his practice on real estate transactions and development. After initial tours of duty as an associate at the Richards, Nodine law firm in Clearwater and Canan, Murphy & Clark in Lakeland, Bob started practice in Winter Haven in 1984, dealing with real estate transactions, and the formation of condominiums. During the 1980s and 90s, Bob was the leading shareholder and chief executive officer of Haven Title Company, a title insurance agency that performed thousands of real estate closings.

Haven Title Company was sold in 1995 to allow Bob to concentrate on agricultural, industrial and development issues. Since then, Bob has represented clients in transactions up to $70,000,000 and has extensive experience in the issues of financing and developing projects including residential subdivisions and commercial town centers.

Bob is active in the Winter Haven community, and is a past president of the Rotary Club of Winter Haven, the Republican Men's Club of East Polk County, and of the Polk County Legal Aid Society. Bob's hobbies include computer technology, wilderness cycling, and Auburn Football.
